Ama Casa offers one three-bedroom six-sleeper unit with en-suite bathrooms and two loft-style two sleeper self-catering cottages. Each cottages has a full kitchen, private Jacuzzi, DStv, fireplace, and underfloor heating.

For that relaxing break, honeymoon, anniversary or fun time with special friends, Ama Casa Self-catering Cottages offer the ideal secluded getaway in the Central Drakensberg.

Please note that we do not have facilities for children under the age of 13.

We had a Lovely break at Ama Casa. Les and Daves attention to detail can be seen and felt everywhere. The cottages are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The views of the mountains are breath taking and enjoyed most from your own private jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, Ama Casa is the place to go. We saw the beauty of the Drakensburg mountains covered with snow and it was indescribable. The cottage was beautiful and well equipped. This is a great place to go for a weekend away, to enjoy the peacefulness of nature and get away from the "Buzz" of the city.

My girlfriend and I spent three nights at Ama Casa, and we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing break! Everything we needed was available, and the location is absolutely spectacular! We will be back.

How does one dare try to sum up such an experience in words. Ama Casa, as the name implies is home (away from home). Dave and Les have thought out and executed every last detail of an utterly indulging experience just perfectly. I don't think that there is a better location in the Berg, and to wake up with a view of the mountains every morning is so energising and refreshing. This will be an annual pilgrimage for Robyn and I, and I would recommend Ama Casa without any hesitation.
