Description
ALVARIA has gracious old-world charm. It was build in 1889 and is in the elite Innes Avenue with round the clock security. There is safe parking on the property.
It is 7km. off the N1 and 10 minutes from the University, large shopping center and town. A smaller shopping center with a selection of restaurants is within walking distance.
There are three spacious rooms with on suit bathrooms. Guests have the choice of self catering or enjoying a full English breakfast. An evening meal is available on request.
There are two very pleasant reception rooms and a large veranda, all at the guest’s disposal. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms as well as TV with m-net... All the beds have electric blankets in the winter and a large fire is made in the lounge.
There is a beautiful garden with huge trees and a selection of bird life.
The guests find it very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy tea or a sundowner.
