This 3 and a half bedroom property is perched right on the shore line of the warm Indian Ocean. Being right on the beach offers occupants something extraordinary.

Imagine looking out of your window onto the sea and watching Dolphin swim.

Imagine the sight of whales up close to the shore and all sorts of marine life and activities literally on your doorstep. Just take ten strides and you have walked onto the natural unspoiled semi private Beach.

Imagine a romantic walk with your partner along the sun kissed sands.

How about a morning jog or soothing sundowner?

However you enjoy yourself, you will find no place more relaxing. Let the gentle sound of the waves allow you to have the most amazing sleep.

And wake to the sunrise over the Ocean.

Mother nature has set this aside just for you to enjoy.

It all starts at the double lock up garages and secure parking. A walk through the front door will take you into an open-planned dining room and lounge, all tastefully furnished and with great entertainment technology.

The kitchen:
The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with a double door fridge-freezer, stove microwave, double
sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also available are pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, linen and
towels.

The Deck:
The deck is upstairs with a braai area for those sunny days, and a bar area that is sheltered. A portable braai is also available.

The Front Garden:
Back downstairs and go out into a quaint garden setting. About 10 paces over the lawn will lead you
straight onto the beach-sand, and a few more paces and you are in the warm Indian Ocean. It's awesome all year round.

Alarm:
The house has an alarm system and close circuit camera system with "Armed Response Protection"
We have a big floodlight mounted facing the beach. It lights up the whole beach at night. The beach is so beautiful that it is often used for wedding and modeling photograph shoots.

The Bedrooms If we go upstairs we will find the three seperate bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, fully complete with shower, bath, toilet and basin. Two bedrooms are sea-facing, the other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom. All rooms have airconditioners / heaters, build in cupboards and double beds, and are neatly finished.
