The apartment is located in the North Beach area and is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and about five minutes to the city center by car. Also located in this area and about 150 meters away is the ICC/International Convention Center. The ideal base from which to explore.

Nearby we have Durban's Golden Mile, nine Golf courses, Sun Coast Casino, U-Shaka Marine World-Multiple Restaurants, Shops, Aquarium, Waterworld, Cinemas, Natal Sharks Board, Soccer, Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Umgeni Bird Park, Botanical Gardens, Japanese Gardens, Indian Market and numerous Flea Markets. The beautiful apartment consists of one bedroom, lounge, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, shower and WC. Is on the fifth floor of a 15-story building and has a partial sea-view. There is 24-hour security guard and the surrounding area is safe. The apartment can accommodate up to four persons only with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living area. Has a TV, ceiling fan, fridge-freezer, and built in kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker and hairdryer. Bed linen, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, one oven and hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, pots/pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware, coffee machine, shower and WC. 24 hours entrance security guard and Camera System. Please bring your own towels, we do not supply toiletries. Can be supplied by special request to oversea visitors.
