9 The Villas is a light and spacious duplex with a Cape Cod-style interior comprising four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We are situated within the Beacon Island Estate in Pletternberg Bay, just a five-minute walk from the beach.
9 The Villas is made up of three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms upstairs have twin beds and share a bathroom. The bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All linen is supplied and each bed has a throw and a blanket for the cooler months.
The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, crockery and cutlery. The spacious lounge has two upholstered two-seaters with scatter cushions, and two reclining Morris chairs with large cushions inviting you to sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of this delightful holiday retreat. A television is available for viewing, guests are asked to bring their own DSTV smart card. The dining area is furnished with an eight-seater dining room table and chairs.
The open-plan lounge and dining room leads out onto a covered patio suitably furnished with table, chairs and Weber to accommodate outdoor living. The enclosed garden means that you have your privacy in this secure environment.
