This brand new 100 square metre apartment has a fully equiped open plan granite kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, oven & hob. There are two lounge areas tastefully furnished with marine antiques and there is a colour TV with satellite plus a DVD and CD. The large covered patio has views over the harbour to the Outiniqua mountains on the other side of the bay.
The bedroom has a queensize bed with percale cotton sheets, air conditioning and plenty of cupboards. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The apartment can be serviced daily if required and there are fax and internet facilities in the owners flat. Tourist information and tour booking is offered to those not familiar with the area. There is a separate en-suite bedroom next door to the apartment which has 2 single beds, TV & small fridge. Secure parking available in a garage.
