Rent the most famous views in Africa. Apartment is not called views without reason. Is only 80 meters from the beach and it must be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and whales. The lounge / dining room and main bedroom have large windows that face the sea and offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Table Bay, African sunsets over the Atlantic ocean as well as the city lights at night. The complex is only 5 minutes drive from the normal convenience shops, restaurants, banks, a post office etc. It is approximately 25 minutes drive from the Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the freeways making access to the Wine routes, the West coast and other scenic attractions easy. There is a Virgin Active Health Club at Table View (10 minutes away) and the Atlantic Golf Estate is only 8 km away. The apartment is very spacious with a floor area of 100 square meters with the main bedroom and lounge/dining room 6 x3.5 sq. meters each. Relax by stepping out from the apartment complex and walking for miles along the promenade along the sea edge or on the unspoiled beaches between Blouberg and Melkbosstrand with the Atlantic Ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
