A bit about this place

Self catering suites and studios offer the same high standard of accommodation as the Boutique Guesthouse but with the freedom that self catering brings. A continental breakfast is provided each day in your kitchen, as is coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc. There are 7 units all with private entrances and secure parking. You are welcome to use swimming pool (before 8pm only) and relax in the garden areas around the property. Access is electronically controlled and there is a 24-hour security guard on the property should you require assistance. At 164, all our staff are there to ensure your comfort and safety. Totally rebuilt in 2006, 164 sets a benchmark in self catering accommodation with the added convenience of shops, restaurants and cinemas etc all within a 2 minute walk at the Musgrave Centre. Each suite compromises of a private entrance, secure parking, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and en suite bath and/or shower room. - The studios are of the same standard but do not have a lounge.
