Relax and enjoy a beach holiday in this picturesque seaside village, in a luxury beach house a mere 100 m from the beach with views you can only dream of.

The surrounding mountains of Elsies Peak, Red Hill, and the Cape Point Nature Reserve offer many enjoyable hiking trails, and other outdoor activities include scuba-diving, ocean kayaking, horse riding, windsurfing, hiking, mountain biking, abseiling, and more. Bring along your road bike, or simply hire one and spend mornings riding the most picturesque parts of the Cape Town Argus Cycle Tour.

75 Glen Beach is a surprisingly large, sunny beach house with direct views of the surrounding beach and mountains. It offers a large open-plan living area that spills outdoors onto the patio where you are greeted by serene mountains dressed with indigenous "fynbos", and accompanying beach views accross Glen Beach towards Simons Town harbour.

The upstairs area comprises of three double bedrooms, a bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, and a separate toilet with bidet. The main double bedroom has sliding doors leading onto the balcony overlooking Elsies Peak, while the second double bedroom overlooks Glen Beach, Simons Town, and Black Hill. The third double bedroom overlooks Glencairn Sanctuary and Glen Beach.

The fully-equipped kitchen downstairs consists of oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and crockery and cutlery for up to six guests. An open-plan lounge and dining area is tastefully decorated and has terrace doors leading to the spacious patio with picturesque beach and mountain views and additional outdoor dining furniture, umbrella, and large barbecue facilities.

Bedroom and bathroom linen are provided, and the beach house is serviced once weekly. One car garage with remote door and direct access to the house is available, as well as parking for two additional vehicles. A home alarm with 24 hour armed response ensures your peace of mind and a relaxing, carefree holiday.
