Description

6 St. John's Terrace is a comfortable self catering townhouse in the vibrant suburb of Green Point. The 3 bedroom, double storey house comfortably sleeps 6 to 12, provides ideal self catering holiday accommodation for large or small groups and is available for long or short term Cape Town holiday rentals. The house can be rented either as an entire unit or per room, sharing central facilities.

The house is suitable as a self catering holiday rental or for business groups, being centrally located for quick and easy access to the city and waterfront.

The spacious downstairs lounge is equipped with television with M-net, VCR, DVD and music centre. There is plenty of comfortable seating and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a stay of any length including microwave, under counter oven with extractor fan, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and large refrigerator.

For outside entertaining guests have the use of the braai (barbeque) area which is well protected on windy days.

Accommodation consists of three well appointed bedrooms, two looking out over the slopes of Signal Hill and a main bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. All have full en-suite bathrooms and balconies with large French doors equipped with security gates. For large groups, the upstairs living area can easily be organized to take an extra 4 single beds

6 St John's Terrace is situated in a quiet Victorian street, close to all the most popular tourist attractions, minutes from the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point restaurants and beaches, city nightlife, all access roads and a superb gym. The largest outdoor market in South Africa is held every Sunday just down the road. Green Point borders the city, V&A Waterfront and Sea Point, which are all within walking distance and is only a short drive from the Table Mountain cableway.

Wherever you go in the villa you will be intrigued by the large and attractive collection of art and ornaments from every corner of the world. All the items are originals and have been collected by the owner on his many travels abroad.

Two looking out over the slopes of Signal Hill and the main bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. All three bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms and all have balconies with large French doors equipped with security gates. The sea-facing main bedroom has a double bed as does one of the mountain-facing ones. The third bedroom has 2 single beds which can easily be joined together if double beds are preferred. In addition, for large groups, the upstairs living area can easily be organized to take an extra 3 single beds.

Please note:Low season mid-January to mid-December 2008
Minimum rate R900 per night for 1 to 3 persons. Add R300 per person per night for additional guests up to a total of 13. ( A reduction is possible for guests 11, 12 and 13, depending on length of stay, etc. )

High Season mid-December 2008 to mid-January 2009
Minimum rate R3285 per night for 1 to 10 persons. Additional rate for guests 11, 12 and 13, R200 per person per night.
