We had a good time – the flat was very nice and spotlessly clean. The only ‘down side’ was that we assumed that we had booked 6 Surf Bay sands and all correspondence stated that: but when we arrived – we were allocated 12 Surf Bay sands. The owners were both there and another two couples were moving into 6 Surf Bay. When I queried this I was told that they needed 6 Surf Bay as it had 3 bedrooms
and there were only two of us. I feel we were badly treated in this regard.

Really impressive & beautiful location. The accommodation was tidy, really spacious with all the amenities for kids as well as swimming pool and close to the beach.

Description

This secure complex has remote access and for peace of mind, a lock up garage although there is also ample parking,
The tastefully furnished unit is perfect for business people as it is in close proximity to the Shelly Centre, couples who just want to get away and have long walks on the beach and for families.
There is an open plan lounge and dining area leading out onto a glassed balcony. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom is en suite and has sliding doors out onto the balcony where you can hear the waves pounding onto the beach.
There is a full laundry on site with washing machines and tumble-dryers
The complex is walking distance to Shelly Centre and many restaurants and is central to Margate, many golf courses and scenic routes.
Enjoy early morning walks on the beach - you get a key for the gate onto the sand! Watch whales, dolphins and the amazing bird life during the winter months which are warm and sunny with blue skies. You may be lucky and become part of the Sardine Fever when masses of sardines are pushed onto the beach.
Make this business trip or breakaway special - enjoy the wonderful South Coast of Kwazulu Natal.
