Nettleton Road in Clifton is known for its uninterrupted views as far as the eye can see. This is the highest road in Clifton and yet is easily accessible. 6 Nettleton Villa stretches over four levels with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms which can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably.

There is a double garage on street level for two vehicles and off-street parking in front of the house for an extra four vehicles. On the first level is the main living area with a beautifully decorated lounge, dining and kitchen area, and there is a second private lounge around the corner on the same level; both lounges have their own fireplaces. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen for great entertainment and a barbecue facility next to the rim-flow swimming pool.
