Home Away From Home!!
The place is exactly what every holiday-maker would want, clean and well-equipped for self-catering. My kids cried when they had to leave. We've renamed it into a home-away-from-away!

My rooms have got Wi-Fi Access. You need your own Laptop to connect to the WiFi.
I also have a photo copier available for copies and a fax machine.
Internet available in reception.
Description
5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodatiuon to PE airport. We offer clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in 8 private rooms each with own kitchenette and shower-en-suite. The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. R270 per person for a room or R350 for two people for a room. A room sleeps 2 people. Wi-Fi available in our rooms. Internat available in reception. The price for breakfast is not included in our rate - it will be an additional R45 per person. Please note we do have house rules. A copy can be emailed to you on request. Free airport transfers from 8am till 8pm. Rates differs December/Janiary holiday period. Member of NMBT (Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism) and NAA (National Accommodation Assocation).

All units have twin beds, a kitchenette and shower en-suite. Each unit is equipped with a TV / M-Net, a fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery.
A 3rd fold-out mattress can be added at a nominal charge of R60 per night or a single bed for a R100 per night.
We also have a mattress joiner to join the two single beds, then you have one big king size bed. (very comfortable)

The Family Unit consists of a separate bedroom with double-sized bed and en-suite shower, basin and toilet. There is a single bed in the open plan lounge / kitchenette area.
All units are equipped with a TV / M-Net, a fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove / oven, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery.
Rooms are serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. A 4th fold-out mattress can be added at a nominal charge of R 60 per night.
For all rooms please bring a face cloth, bath soap and beach towels.
