Description

This spacious and airy loft is situated in Tamboti in Simbithi Eco Estate on the North Coast of KZN. This loft unit, in this access controlled and secure estate, has beautiful in land views and with a short drive you have access to Thompson’s Bay Beach in Chaka’s Rock.

This loft, which can comfortably accommodate a family of four consists of lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave as well as all other kitchen essentials. There is a private garden and patio area overlooking the valley with braai facilities.

The bedrooms are situated on the first floor and are bright and airy. The main bedroom has a double bed in it with sliding doors opening up onto a small patio with beautiful in land views. The two other bedrooms each have a single bed in them – however there is space to put a single camp bed in each of these rooms should it be required.

There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin and the second bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

DSTV is available together with a music system. There is also a lock up garage and a pool in the estate.

There will be a compulsory Out Clean Fee of R375.00 charged for every booking.
