Very comfortable
Our stay at 45 Broadway was very comfortable. Sandra and Skipper are very hospitable hosts who really make you feel at home. Also, great location in terms of places to go etc. We'd definitely stay there again!

Fantastic home away from home
45 Broadway Lodge is a great base of operations from which to explore and then relax and rest! Lovely surroundings, immaculate rooms and friendly staff helping with your every need. In spite of the "load shedding" (i.e., rolling power outages), Sandra made a lovely breakfast. Be sure to get driving instructions from her ahead of time...she can also help you with how to get to shopping, golf and activities in the area. Durban can be a challenge...but Sandra makes it easy and fun!

45 Broadway Lodge is situated in Durban North within close proximity to major schools, sporting arenas, shopping centers, KZN tourism attractions and, of course, the beautiful beaches and warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Another advantage of the location is the easy access to a wide variety of renowned golf courses situated along the entire KZN coastline. The bed and breakfast consists of beautifully finished, spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. A self-catering bed room is also available with a convenient fully fitted kitchen. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned with king, queen or single beds and TV. From the balcony a perfect view of the picturesque, tranquil and inviting waters of the Indian Ocean can be seen or wonder around the beautifully landscaped garden. An English breakfast awaits every guest in the morning, which can be enjoyed in the privacy of your room or the freshness of the garden.
