41.10 B&B is situated in the centrally located and lush suburb of Linden in Johannesburg.

Tinus and Malané Burger, with their 2 daughters and 4 dogs are renting out 2 rooms with their own private entrances on a B&B basis. We are 40 minutes away from the Oliver Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg International Airport) and within easy reach of Johannesburg's major destinations.

There is a large selection of restaurants in Linden and nearby Parkhurst, Greenside and Melville where you can experience Johannesburg café society and fine cuisine.
Accommodation is in private, tastefully furnished rooms with en suite bathrooms, TV, internet connections, mini kitchenettes and secure parking.

Guests are welcome to use our swimming pool, rustic lapa (barbeque area), spacious garden or sit down for a reflective moment in the indigenous field.

I really enjoyed my stay at 10.41 in every way....I immediately felt at home and welcome. The beautiful huge garden and heated pool was definitely an extra bonus! My room was very spacious, private and comfortable (with en suite bathroom, Dstv AND a kitchen). I also loved the furnishing of the room.
