40 Winks Accommodation is situated in the beautiful town of Somerset West, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and is an ideal base from which to explore the Western Cape and enjoy the many attractions that will make your stay an interesting and enjoyable one.

Surrounded by the majestic Hottentots Holland mountain range, at the entrance to the Winelands and only 10 minutes from the Strand beaches, Somerset West is well-known as a golfer's paradise. Attractions include a number of excellent restaurants, Somerset Mall, scenic day drives, the Helderberg Nature Reserve and more.

Accommodation comprises two one-bedroom garden cottages with open-plan lounge and dining area, an en-suite bedroom, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The studio flat sleeps two adults in an open-plan large room with cooking facilities and en-suite shower. All accommodation offers secure undercover off-street parking, private entrances, and use of the swimming pool and barbecue area.

Facilities available on request and at an additional cost include ADSL Internet and e-mail facilities, private laundry service, and breakfast and other meals on request.

There is a salt water swimming pool and braai area available for use. Laundry facilities and internet are available at an additional cost as well as meals on request.

There is a sunroom next to the Lion' Den where guests can watch TV, make light meals or dine and watch TV. The sunroom is also used by our young dogs who use this area to get into the back yard.
