My stay at cascades,19 July 2007
I really enjoyed my stay at 406 cascades. It was worth the money that I paid to stay there for 4 days. I must say that Sunette was very friendly and I will stay there again. What I also liked about the place, it is close to the most popular places in Cape Town, and it is within walking distance. So yeah I would stay there again I would also recommend it to others.

Description
Open plan self-catering apartment. Situated in Greenpoint, Cape Town. Within a few minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront. Conveniently situated for attendance to the Cape Town International Convention Centre, as well as the Green Point Stadium. Close to restaurants, bars, beaches and the City Centre.
Secure parking bay and 24 hour security provided. There is also a safe in the room.
Sleeps 2 adults, and the sleeper couch can be utilized as additional space for small children. From the balcony you can view the harbour on one side and Signal Hill on the other.
Breakage deposit of R250 payable on arrival, which is refundable on departure.

| The luxury apartment has one open plan room with the following:
In the apartment is a queen size bed, as well as a double sleeper couch where a child can be put to bed. All linen is provided.
The living area is fully equipped with a Dvd player, mini hi-fi, Tv with Mnet. An iron and ironing board is available.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower (over bath). Towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, including, to name but a few, the microwave, conventional stove, fridge, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc.
Our minimum stay is normally 2 nights.
