This apartment has stunning sea and breaker views and is within a short stroll of the numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment facilities that Margate has to offer.
The unit is within a secure complex and has a lock up garage an an additional parking bay. It provides the perfect venue to engage in adventure activities or to simply fall asleep to the sound of the surf.
The unit has modern facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and a private braai facility.
