31 Ocean Breeze is a ground floor, sea-facing unit situated on the main bathing beach of Winklespruit which is protected by shark nets and qualified lifeguards. The apartment is situated 7 km from the new Galleria and Arbour Crossing shopping centres, where all the large retail outlets are based.

A short distance south lies the beautiful Aliwal Shoal dive site, where divers will find the renowned Raggie Cave, well-known for the ragged tooth shark. Winklespruit is also known to fishermen for the shad that are caught from the rocks.
