31 Gannet Street is a beautiful, newly renovated Cape Dutch Cottage. The cottage is ideally situated in a quiet suburb in Hermanus. Sleeping a maximum of six people, the cottage is ideal for a family vacation.

The cottage offers three bedrooms of which one is a loft bedroom. The downstairs living area has a comfortable lounge looking onto the kitchen. Fully equipped for self-catering, the kitchen offers all the modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and all cooking utensils. The lodge also offers a large indoor braai room with a built-in braai and a large dining table.

Main bedroom has an open bath and shower, closed lavatory and walk in closet/dressing room. There are sea views from balcony and mountain views from bathroom. Second bedroom is sunny comfortable double room with en-suite bathroom and built in cupboards. Third bedroom has two single beds and built in cupboards. White percale linen and white towels are provided.


The property offers under-cover parking for two vehicles. The backyard provides space for kids to play. It is also ideally located only 400 m from the sea and tidal pool.
