Llandudno is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town, situated only 18 kilometres from the centre of the city. The tranquil cove is perfect for those seeking complete peace and privacy. Named after the Welsh seaside town, this small and exclusive seaside village has only one road in and out, and no shops whatsoever.

The house is comprised of three double bedrooms and one three-quarter bedroom seeps seven, three bathrooms, one en-suite, all with bath, shower, and two with WC. Two lounges, one up and one downstairs and third separate WC. Large open plan kitchen with full facilities including dishwasher, 24-hour local security, ADSL wireless Internet access, washing machine and ironing facilities, television satellite reception with VCR and DVD. Large west facing upstairs balcony, decked entertainment area with portable gas barbecue, off street parking on the driveway for three to four cars, large garden with outdoor shower, no swimming pool and 180 degrees of uninterrupted ocean view. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
