Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Mist of Gold. The cabins are squeaky clean and her gardens are lovely. It was much more than I expected for the price. We had a delicious breakfast and the service was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the place. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed 2 days in one these logcabins. Felt at home with everything we needed. Nice housekeeper. Good basis to explore the Blyde-river-area.

Nestled in Hoedspruit Town at our residence we offer you equipped Log Cabins with ALL the basic needs and everything you might need for overnight accommodation. We would like to cater for the typical family but other people such as Rep's and Contractors are welcome. There are braai (BBQ) facilities and safe & secure parking. All accommodation is air conditioned. Towels and bedding is supplied. Hoedspruit is situated in the Valley of the Oliphant’s in Limpopo Province bordering Mpumalanga. We are also part of the Lowveld Legogote just a stone throw away on the foot step of the majestic Drakensberg range with the awesome Panorama and Blyde River Canyon on our doorstep. We are a stone throw away from the Kruger Park's Open Gate or Phalaborwa Gate and all the beauty of the Limpopo/Mpumalanga Lowveld. Why spend all your holiday money on holiday accommodation? Remember we are affordable, budget, accommodation situated in Hoedspruit town. Not 5 Star top of the range Sun City accommodation but Mist of Gold is affordable family type accommodation with one price for locals and foreign visitors alike.. Children u/16 half price.
