1 Glen Beach Villas

Situated directly above Glen Beach, 1 Glen Beach Villa is a modernly furnished self-catering unit with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The air-conditioned villa offers guests five luxury rooms with en-suite or shared bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds; one has a shower-only en-suite bathroom while the other one shares a bathroom. Another room is furnished with a double bed and has a separate bathroom, while the fifth room is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite shower. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided, and a hairdryer is available in each room.

The villa features two lounges, both equipped with a TV; the second lounge also has a DVD player with surround sound. The dining room is a large, open plan area and seats eight people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a convection microwave, an oven, a fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble-dryer are also available. The main lounge opens onto the deck equipped with a gas barbecue and the second lounge opens onto the patio with a pool and pool loungers. Both enjoy beautiful sea views.

A cleaning service is provided from Monday to Fridays, weekends and public holidays are on request only, and there is a large, covered garage for two cars. We are situated 200 m from Clifton and Camps Bay's beaches, as well as local shops, a restaurant and the theatre.
