Description

1A White Waves is located just 20 metres from the beach and can accommodate up to eight guests on a self-catering basis. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is fully equipped and boasts uninterrupted ocean views.

Upstairs comprises the main en-suite bedroom with spectacular views of Melkbosstrand beach, a second bedroom with sliding doors opening onto the deck, and an open-plan kitchen and living area leading out onto a sun soaked deck which allows for spectacular 180-degree postcard views of Melkbosstrand beach and Table Mountain. The deck features a newly built-in barbecue facility and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.

Upon entering the home downstairs you will find a reception and large dining area with seating for up to 12 people and a sliding door leading out onto the swimming pool deck. The third en-suite bedroom features a king-size or twin beds and a sliding door leading out onto the swimming pool deck, while the fourth bedroom offers two single bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Features include selected DStv, a double garage, solar heated swimming pool, and a wooden deck. Access control ensures uncompromised security, with a full alarm system which can be activated for total peace of mind. In addition, a coded safe has been installed for the safekeeping of other valuables.

Activities in and around Melkbosstrand include kite surfing, walking along the uninterrupted beachfront, the West Coast Nature reserve, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and swimming.
