A Welcome Retreat,20 November 2006
We all had a great time in Cape town and enjoyed staying with Stephan and Andrew at 18 on Crox very much. They made us feel very much at home and gave good advice on places to see and things to do. Our rooms were a wonderful haven to return to after our sightseeing and extremely comfortable. We hope to return to our 'home away from home' one day. And the little extras were delightful.

The guesthouse is one of 6 in a quaint, Victorian style, villa-lined street just off the main road in Green Point – currently the hub of Cape Town’s after dark activities.
The house has been renovated whilst carefully restoring elements of historical value – in what used to be the original 1840’s Green Point stables – like the floor in the front hall and the clay wall in the lounge.
18 on Crox is a welcome alternative to large, impersonal city hotels for both corporate and overseas travellers offering an intimate charm that hotels cannot match.
