Description

Spectacular beach house located right on the lagoon with direct beach access, just a few steps from the lagoon. The house sleeps up to 10 people, with the possibility of additional space at an extra cost.

The house has direct lagoon access and canoes are available if you fancy rowing across to the beach. Guests can also launch boats directly off the property when the lagoon is high enough.

The property is secured with an alarm and armed response, and offers full air-conditioning. Features include barbecue facilities, a swimming pool, and DStv with the guests' own card. The house is also serviced for convenience.

The top level of the house comprises an entrance from the double garage to the house, the foyer, the main bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and heated floors, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom also with a queen-size bed. All three of these bedrooms open onto a large deck with fantastic views. The addtional three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, basin and a toilet, while the fourth bedroom, with a queen-size bed, features an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The fifth bedroom has another queen-size bed.

The middle level of the house features an open-plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and large fridge and freezer, a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer, a guest toilet, and a large separate TV lounge opening onto a large deck overlooking the pool, lagoon and sea.

The bottom level features a large open-plan play room with a TV and additional beds. An additional 10 people can be accommodated at an extra charge in this room, in bunk beds and a double sleeper couch. The room opens onto the swimming pool area and lawn.
