17 Bondi Beach is located within the Bondi Beach Resort complex in Shelly Beach Margate. This development, which was built in 2005, is based on a holiday resort concept with various leisure facilities including a pool, tennis courts and a club house on site.
This complex is access controlled and has 24 hr roaming security on site. There are 2 allocated carports for this unit. A private wooden walkway provides direct access, for residents, to the beachfront and tidal pool.This walkway is also access controlled.
