17 Palms Situated in Glenashley 20 minutes from Durban’s King Shaka International Airport and 50m from the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. 17 Palms is a unique tropical retreat offering all the comfort of home with those added touches of pampering you deserve. Our 4 star guest house offers well-appointed double en-suite bedrooms with a choice of single, queen-size or king-size beds.

All rooms are individually decorated each with a private entrance, have Wi-Fi Connectivity and are air-conditioned.

Start your day with a freshly prepared English breakfast or a Health breakfast in our spacious dining room. At the end of your long day, enjoy a walk on the beach or simply relax and soak up the sun next to the pool. Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Sports clubs, and Sibaya and Sun coast Casinos, Mangroves Nature Reserve and world class golf course establishments are nearby.

The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The host Karen was friendly and made sure that I was satisfied with the place. The room was comfortable. 17 Palms was well situated, close to the places that I was visiting. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at 17 Palms with our 4 teenage children (plus 1 girlfriend). They could walk to the beach that is very close. Also the big shopping-mall of Gateway is only a couple of minutes driving away from the place. Excellent hospitality and comfort. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute.
