We are located right on the beach front of the Indian Ocean with direct access to the beautiful Diaz Beach, making this the ideal getaway for any beach lover. The beach is 50 yards from the lounge sliding doors and there is no street to cross to get to the beach.
The ground floor offers a large lounge and dining room with sliding doors leading onto a patio with a barbecue. There is a modern fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave oven, glass hobb and thermofan oven. The backyard leads to a courtyard with an open hot and cold water shower. The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are sea facing with sliding doors leading to a balcony and they offer queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
The property is situated 2 km off the N2 highway, halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth and 4 km from both Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. It has a magnificent 180 degree view of the coastline from Mossel Bay in the south to Glentana in the north.
