The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery including fridge/freezer and microwave.

The home boasts a screened boma including splash pool, braai and seating together with built-in serving and wash up facilities.
There is also shaded parking for 2 vehicles. 24hr Response Security is provided by a local security company based in Marloth Park.
