Enjoy this large, air-conditioned family apartment that is so well equipped with all facilities to make you holiday as restful as possible. A first floor unit with a huge patio overlooking the tropical gardens and a distant sea view. There are two swimming pools and one tennis court in the complex. A ten minute walk takes you to the popular Willard Beach which is Ballito’s main beach where all exciting holiday activities take place. A five minute drives away from central Ballito’s shops and restaurants.
The accommodation comprises a comfortable open plan lounge that leads out onto a large patio. There is a flat screen TV and DSTV facilities. The dining room has a large eight seat dining room table and leads off the kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen has everything that you need to make your life relaxing whilst on holiday. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer combination, microwave, hob and oven and all other regular appliances and utensils. There is also an outside laundry / storeroom that belong to this unit. This is equipped with a tumble dryer.
A patio that spans the full length of the unit is equipped with outdoor table and chairs as well as a gas braai. An ideal area to entertain and relax whilst overlooking the tropical garden that does have a distant sea view.
The main bedroom with bathroom en-suite is furnished with a double bed and a TV. This bedroom leads out onto the patio area and is light and airy. The bathroom has a Bath, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and leads out onto the patio. The second bathroom is shared by these two rooms, and is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity basin.
Please Note: There will be a compulsory Out Clean Fee of R375.00 charged for every booking.
There is a DSTV facility: You are welcome to bring your own decoder and smart card or you can rent DSTV for R50.00 per day.
