Description

The upmarket self-catering unit is a spacious single-bed roomed, fully-furnished, apartment on the ground floor in a sought-after development (Bougain Villas). The secure development has access control and tenants will have the use of unit's lock-up single garage. It is a 2 sleeper unit with a landscaped man-made stream with directly in front of the unit. The location is very central - only 5 minutes drive to the Waterfront or Milnerton Beach. Blaauwberg beach (more popular with tourists) or Tygervalley is about 10mins drive. Entertainment in the form of restaurants and movies are all available in the large shopping centre which is located within the same complex, namely Century City. Ratanga Junction themed entertainment park is also located in Century City. The unit would be available for book-in from 14:00 onwards. On departure date, unit must be vacated before 10:00am. Please also note that the unit is non-smoking. Smokers would most welcome but are kindly requested to smoke outside the unit on the veranda area.

Lovely clean surroundings

This place suited me perfectly, safe, secure , spotless clean, and very central. Most well equipped self- catering establishment I ever stayed in. Lovely clean surroundings, easy access to the beach, and the great Canal Walk shopping complex around the corner. And another plus: No noise, very quiet.
