Zimbabwe Self-catering

Tucked away on the lower slopes of a tree-covered hills in the Eastern district of Zimbabwe lies a delightful little leisure resort known by the name of Musangano Lodge, which means ‘the place where people meet.’

Hunters Moon is situated in the Vumba - a small part of the long chain of mountains that define the eastern border of Zimbabwe. The location lies on the edge of Mutare which is the provincial capital of Manicaland and a favourite getaway for the Harare business and political elite.

Wingbridge Apartment is a two bedroom, self-catering apartment very near to town. It has a large dining room, en-suite bathroom and is suitable for corporate business clients who don't want to stay in a hotel. It is also suitable for tourists staying overnight before going to the game reserve.

Fish Eagle Lodge Msuna Resort is a large private lodge situated in the Msuna Resort, overlooking the Zambezi River. The lodge is ideal for family groups or friends wanting to have a relaxing holiday break soaking up the sun with a bit of fishing on the side.

Pungwe Drift Cottages offers two self-catering cottages set on the banks of the Pungwe River inside the Nyanga National Park. The cottages are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, warm bedding and extra blankets. No towels are provided.

This is one of the houses in the lovely Msuna Resort on the banks of the Zambezi River. The house can accommodate up to 14 people and it is the ideal place to just relax and do a bit of fishing.

Umfula Lodge is a luxury self-contained lodge, situated two hours from Victoria Falls, on Msuna Island overlooking the Zambezi River. This lodge is a wonderful place to bring the family to relax.

Located in Mlibizi, this lovely lodge can be booked on a catered basis for people wanting to catch the ferry the next day or on a self-catering basis for those wanting a relaxing break for some fishing.

Ndebere 3 is set in the Ndebere Complex which is part of four lodges at the lovely Msuna Resort on the banks of the Zambezi River. It is 143 km from Victoria Falls at the start of Lake Kariba.

The Farm House is located 49 km from Bulawayo in the Matopos area. We offer quaint Dutch cottages situated beneath a large granite outcrop. Catered or self-catering facilities are available with a bar and restaurant on the property.

Shashani Lodge Western Matopos is a self-catering lodge located just 68 km from Bulawayo on the Plumtree Road. The lodge offers accommodation in five stone under thatch lodges.

Mlibizi Resort is a selection of self-catering chalets in the Mlibizi area that are either privately owned or booked out for visitors. Chalets range from accommodation for two guests, up to chalets which can accommodate larger groups.

Pumulani Lodge is a lovely self-catering lodge set within the Matopos area, 42 km from Bulawayo. This lodge offers three stone and thatch lodges, all with private kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms. A tented section is also available with ablution facilities.

Entokisweni Lodge is a lovely self-catering lodge located past the Bulawayo Airport on the Turk Mine Road. We provide a selection of five stone and thatch chalets all decorated in an individual style, offering a lovely and relaxing breakaway.

The Frog & Fern Cottages are set in a scenic village at the foot of the Chimanimani Mountains, offering self-catering accommodation in three beautiful stone, thatch and wood cottages.
