Wolf Song Private Bush Camp is set on 17 hectares of pure bushveld and is located just 16 km from Bela Bela on the R516, Thabazimbi road, only a hour from Pretoria and one and a half hours from Johannesburg. This is an ideal setting for small private group functions and secluded getaways. The only ‘bush’ traffic you will have here are our birds and small game and the only lights you will see are stunning sunsets, camp fires and magnificent star-lit nights.
The camp consists of four comfortable en-suite suite cottages, three of which are two-bed cottages and one that is a five-bed cottage. Each cottage has its own bathroom with a flush toilet, hand basin and shower with hot and cold water. Linen and towels are also provided. All of the cottages are equipped with bar fridge, tea and coffee stations, kettles, ceiling fans and free-standing portable braais.
Cooking is done at the communal lapa, which has a bar counter, chest freezer, microwave, two-plate stove, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils. It also includes a dining table and chairs and braai facilities. There is a swimming pool, and paths through the bush to see the resident duiker, abundant bird life and game on the adjoining farms. Wood and ice are provided free of charge, and uncapped Internet is also available.
There are many activities nearby if you want to do more than just linger and completely relax in our camp; you can visit the elephant and cheetah sanctuaries which are only 10 km from our camp, or enjoy visits to Mabula Game Farm and Diepdrift Game Farm which have hiking trails, mountain bike trails and game viewing. There is also a golf course nearby and of course, the hot springs in the area.
