Starters include old favourites like spring rolls, as well as the more contemporary Ostrich Tataki, briefly seared and thinly sliced ostrich with a vinegar sauce. Great miso soups, fried rice and a variety of salads are also on offer. A delectable variety of sushi, sashimi, California rolls, rainbow rolls, fashion sandwiches and maki rolls can be enjoyed in the diner's preferred combination. Party platters can also be ordered ranging from 60 to 80 pieces of sushi, sashimi, Calfornia rolls and sandwiches. The service is personalized and attentive and the invigorating space reflects this warmth. The restaurant also offers private rooms for special events, corporate dinners, birthday parties, and even private dining. Fuji Yumi is open from Monday to Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and on Saturdays for dinner only.

Jackson Hall offers a variety of cocktails, perfect companions to the beautiful, ye olde jazz music constantly filling the background (or foreground for that matter).
