The emphasis is on flavour, using the best local ingredients and fresh produce from boutique suppliers wherever possible. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 09h00 to 22h00, and on Sundays from 09h00 to 16h00. From 15 May to 15 August, the restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday, from 09h00 to 16h00 - the kitchen closes at 16h00 and then serves deserts and cheeseboards from 16h00 to 17h00.
