The standard menu includes freshly baked farm and pot bread with homemade jams, dried sausage, biltong, prickly pear syrup, pot stews, chicken and lamb kebabs, samp and beans, stuffed pumpkins, maize porridge and gravy, koeksisters, and milktart. Guests have to pre-book menu selections, otherwise the standard menu will apply. Sit back and indulge in a glass of wine while star gazing under the tranquil Karoo night sky.
