What a mouthful. Add a variety of sushi like California rolls, fashion sandwiches, sashimi, nigiri and hand rolls and you'll probably come to the conclusion that you're going to have to visit more than once. There are a number of interesting 'chef's specials' on the menu. The Dragon and Phoenix is chicken and prawn cooked in a sweet chilli sauce. The Love Boat comprises prawns, beef, lamb, chicken and duck cooked in and Indonesian sambal sauce. Then there is New Hong's Omelette - seasonal vegetables, chicken and prawns. Hong Sushi delivers on atmosphere, flavour and value for money.
