If you have ever wondered what real street food is, wonder no further. This little restaurant is located on arguably the busiest strip in Cape Town - Long Street. Don't be fooled be the rustic (very rustic) interior. Just grab a high chair or a bench, order and await a new kind of delight. The Burger Shop, true to its name, offers mainly burgers, chips and stuff on rolls, but the portions are big and the nostalgia the street food evokes is something quite unique. The dining process can become quite messy as it is 'illegal' to eat a burger with anything else than your hands, but this is part of the fun and colourful vibes that especially this part of Cape Town offers.
