Description

Life is good and summer is here!
Celebrate wine, food, music and adventure at this fun-filled family weekend hosted by wine farms from Rawsonville, Slanghoek, Goudini and the Breede River. Just a hop and a skip away from Cape Town, the Breedekloof encompasses sparkling rivers, vineyards and majestic mountains into a natural outdoor playground.

Sip award winning wines and get wine blending cred. Chill out with live music or go extreme with quad-biking and helicopter flips. Get physical with paintball, archery, a golf day, guided fynbos hikes, clay-pigeon shooting, giant slingshot, raisin spitting contest and a tagged fishing contest. Tingle your taste buds with deliciousities ranging from oysters to spitbraai and a skaapkop dinner.

Kids will find lots of stuff to do - pony rides, farm animal petting, face painting and more will keep them busy. No outdoor festival would be complete without a few challenges - sporting activities will be one of the main focuses with events such as the grueling Breedekloof Outdoor Challenge; the annual 5km and 10km Deetlefs Night Run through the vineyards; and the “Mountain to Mountain” Mountain Bike Challenge over 30km or 60km hosted by Slanghoek Winery.
