Description
Situated 45 km east of Windhoek, Hosea Kutako International Airport (HKIA) is Namibia’s only international airport supporting weekly non-stop flights to Frankfurt, Munich and London-Gatwick, and daily connections to regional hubs such as Johannesburg and Cape Town. Hosea Kutako also services routes to Luanda, Maun and Victoria Falls.
Scheduled International airlines calling at Hosea Kutako are Air Namibia, South African Airways, SA Express, British Airways – Comair, LTU International, TAAG Angola Airlines and Air Botswana. Public buses connect the airport to the smaller domestic Eros Airport and to Windhoek. Rental car facilities, restaurants and retail shops are located in the terminals.
