Situated in the beautiful, malaria free Waterberg, Nkonka Bush Lodge offers a chance to relax and experience the diverse African wildlife. Quiet getaway for the entire family. Our church has been built in 1930 and it was the first church in Vaalwater. We restored the church to its original state, and it still has its original pulpit. The church is ideal for weddings and can seat up to 150 delegates.

Podica Chalets are situated on the bank of the Palala River. Each cottage has it's own braai are, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bath and ourdoor shower. The three cottages are nestled next to one another - the whole camp can be taken out or only one unit. Please note that we have a minimum rate of R 300 pppn for one night weekend booking.

Ant’s Nest is hosted by Ant and Tessa Baber with their competent and friendly team. Lying in a natural amphitheatre, the original homestead, with its wide verandas, has a classic African atmosphere. There is a 15 metre pool in the garden, ideal for those needing some exercise or great for kids. It is heated all year round.

Ant’s Hill is hosted by wonderful staff that creates an open and friendly atmosphere. Built by Ant and Tessa on the edge of a cliff, this bush home offers breathtaking views across the Waterberg, the thatched lodge blends into the bush while the exotic furniture and brightly coloured African fabrics make it both sophisticated and comfortable.

Kingfisher Cottage is situated in a privately owned game reserve along the Palala River in the Waterberg mountains in Limpopo Province. Kingfisher can accommodate 10 people in total. Kingfisher has a braai area, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a fireplace, covered garage and its own splash pool.

This lovely house is ideal for guests looking for a bushveld experience and sleeps 15 people comfortably.

Little Five is a lovely guest house situated in Vaalwater. We offer four comfortably furnished bedrooms with large patio doors opening up onto the beautiful garden courtyard.
