Authentic environment, a lot of animals (many giraffes, impala's and elephants, crocodiles, hippos, buffalos, gnoes, ...), a beautiful river with crocodiles and hippos, many lodges in the park or in the neighbourhood of the main entrance. Selous is absolutely incredible and the place to be for a fantastic boatsafari, full day game drive or walking safari.

Selous is the symbol of a safari that brings clients closer to nature. The size of the park is imposing and the lack of tourists is apparent where ever you are in the park. More famous for hunting but has some really lovely lodges and tented camps in the photographic area. The Rufiji River and its lakes are the focal point of the park and boat safaris on the river are a unique experience. Walking safaris are also allowed with an armed ranger and its worth camping in the park for one night.
