Saffron Beach Villa is situated in lovely Zanzibar and offers guests barefoot Bliss in this beautiful villa. The double-storey unit is located under coconut trees, within walking distance of the beach, and can be let as an individual or as separate units.

The Beach Retreat is a simple romantic cottage, traditionally built as a Swahili house and converted into a beach cottage in 2010 by Zanzibar Villas Ltd. This beach cottage derives its name from its quiet and private location, offering plenty of space and absolute privacy.

Swahili House is a stylish and charming converted Zanzibar-style house set in large colourful private gardens, situated five minutes’ walk from the beach. The garden features a barbecue, dining table for up to 10 people, sun loungers, chairs and hammocks, and lots of white beach sand.

A small team from Matemwe village look after our guests. They help to make Che Che Vule an unforgettable experience for our guests. The staff includes your private chef, assistant, housekeeping lady, gardener and security guard.

The Bushman’s Hideout is an old colonial-style luxury villa set in the natural African bush gardens of Zanzibar Villas’ Private Estate. Originally built in 1996 for an Englishman, the décor is a mix of traditional Zanzibari and rustic African styles, all contributing to its unique atmosphere.

Mr Today’s is a modern luxury villa situated on the Zanzibar Villas’ Private Estate and set in a quiet, natural, bush garden. The villa was built in 2009 for a Dutch couple and stands all on one level, with a large elevated verandah with dining table chairs and hammocks to relax in.
