This is fast and healthy food, naturally grown, and local and fresh. We offer a large range of life-giving, freshly made smoothies and health-boosting juices. We also stock stone-ground flours, preservative and chemical-free foods. Our foods cater for food intolerance, such as gluten, egg, dairy and chemical free. Bio wheat flour is used for all our baking and wraps. This flour is stone-ground and free of preservatives. Fruit and vegetables are bought locally and are seasonal, we only use fresh produce. Our yogurt is from Witterdrift, and full of goodness. Our water is ozone water, used to cook with and for teas and coffees. Our takeaway packaging is compostable and biodegradable. Come and try a delicious healthy breakfast or wrap, while sipping on an energy-boosting smoothie or fresh juice.

Enjoy decadent dining at its best at The Grand Restaurant. A superb array of local and international dishes leaves diners spoiled for choice, though the fish cakes are a must-try. A wonderful wine list proffers plenty of options for the perfect accompaniment. A bright and breezy patio allows for al fresco dining when the weather permits. On less favourable days the cosy but nicely laid-out dining room provides lovely surroundings in which to enjoy the sumptuous meals.

Le Fournil de Plett is a French bakery in Plettenberg Bay serving breakfast, lunch and 'Truth' coffee. They have specialized in handmade artisan bread using stone ground organic flour. Bread nowadays has a serious lack of crust but at Le Fournil de Plett you can feel, smell and taste the bread with crust. The French pastries are made using pure butter, Belgian chocolate and organic flour. Wherever possible our ingredients are free range, such as eggs and chicken, and organic, such as salad ingredients, beef and flour. This is heaven. A peaceful and quite courtyard with fresh handmade artisan bread. There is no hotel breakfast that can compete with the slices of the bread from Le Fournil de Plett Bakery and Café. Freshness is the key to the business. We recommend lunch and breakfast at the shady courtyard on a summer's day or a table by the cosy fire with a bowl of homemade soup if its cold.
