Kick off the long weekend with a fun mountain bike night ride under the stars
Hit the trails at Dirtopia Trail Centre on Delvera Farm this Friday, 27 April 2012. Dirtopia are offering drinks at the finish, a lucky draw and goody bags for all participants. Number boards will be issued at registration and riders will be timed. Coffee is available before the start and afterwards.
Distances:
Vineyard Trail (7 km) - climbs to Klapmutskoppie through vineyards on farm roads. It has three sections of singletrack and is suitable for all levels of ability.
Porcupine trail (14 km) - over 5 km of technical constructed singletrack, lots of climbing and fun downhills for those up for a challenge.
Equipment: Bike lights are essential - preferably on handlebars and helmets. Lights will be available for rent at the Trail Centre.
When and where: Friday, 27 April 2012 at Dirtopia Trail Centre, Delvera Farm, R44 near Stellenbosch
Time: Registration from 17:00, start at 18:00
