Kruger Park Lodge Shongwe Ingwe is a privately owned self-catering chalet which is available to let throughout the year. The fully furnished luxury chalet is situated within the Kruger Park Lodge and an RCI 4 Star golf resort. Kruger Park Lodge is situated in Hazyview, 10 minutes' drive from the famous Kruger National Park and a 35-minute drive from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. Facilities at the Kruger Park Lodge include tennis courts, a volley ball court, three swimming pools, minigolf, kiddie’s carts, and outdoor chess. The lodge also features a hippo and bird hide, a golf course, a restaurant, and laundry.

Shongwe Ingwe can accommodate up to eight guests in three bedrooms. Downstairs comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge area and a patio, while upstairs is another bedroom. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, built-in cupboards, a ceiling fan, and air-conditioning. It also has a door leading out onto the patio. The second bedroom contains a queen-size beds, built-in cupboards, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the second bathroom, which is next to the second bedroom, contains a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is superbly fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and a dining table. The lounge features a TV with DStv and the large decked patio offers built-in barbecue facilities, ideal for relaxed entertaining. The upstairs loft room is a spacious room sleeping four people in two single beds and a bunk bed. Upstairs also features a seating area with an additional TV, ceiling fans, a bathroom, and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony.

Marloth Park is a holiday town situated next to the Crocodile River which forms part of the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. There are no fences in Marloth Park allowing wild animals such as kudu, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, zebra, nyala, buffalo, giraffe to roam about freely.

We offer a double-storey house that can accommodate six people. A variety of restaurants will cater for the hungry, while two shops supply the self-catering guests. In addition to this, Marloth Park offers all the basic commodities such as a hardware store, curio shop and liquor store.

Access to the Kruger National Park can be gained from the Crocodile Bridge Gate. Marloth Park is about 450 km from Johannesburg and 90 km from Nelspruit. Lionspruit is a game reserve within the park that includes the Big 4 and game drives are done in your own vehicle. Lion sightings are also reported from time to time in the park and elephant often visit the Crocodile River.

It is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area or just to relax and enjoy nature.
