Saffron Restaurant, found in beautiful Arrowtown, is fine dining taken to a different level. The building housing this mouth-watering experience is a new corrugated iron structure. Peter Gawron includes South Island ingredients in the menu and complements them with Central Otago wines.
The restaurant structure was built to blend with the seasons of Central Otago with a spacious outdoor seating area for the spring and summer seasons, and a big open fire for the winter and autumn months. The environment accomplishes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
