This cool, contemporary hip and happening bar and restaurant is situated on the roof of the beautiful 12 Decades Hotel. 360-Degree views of the city, a great vibe, gourmet-style snack food and a huge and varied drinks menu await guests. The 12 Decades Rooftop Bar is open to the public every Saturday and Sunday from noon until 7 pm. Live DJs and themed afternoons can be enjoyed on certain occasions.

The 'Best Thai food west of Bangkok' is a phrase heard here often. 2 Thai 4 has an authentic menu and all dishes are prepared by Thai chefs. All the food uses traditional Thai spices and herbs, adding to the authenticity. The menu is large and varied and great seafood and vegetarian options are available for the non meat eaters. Wines and other beverages are also available. Children are welcome and outside seating is available.

Buena Visa Social Cafe near Cape Town’s V & A Waterfront is a Cuban themed restaurant and bar. The menu has been designed around traditional Cuban, Central American and Caribbean fare, with a heavy Mediterranean influence too. The Buena Vista Social Cafe is also famous for this meat and seafood. The beef is SA grain fed super beef, aged for 21 days. The Lamb Al Ron, a house speciality, is delicious slices of roasted lamb flambéed in a creamy, Cuban rum sauce. The sea fare includes Cuban inspired linefish, fresh from off the boats and an indulgent seafood platter. The piece de resistance is the Cuban paella – a traditional rice dish with a generous selection of seafood, including prawns. The dish is packed with flavours and made to an authentic recipe; the paella is a fabulous feast!
